Appearance
Videl from Universe 18 has the same appearance as her Universe 16 counterpart. She has a slim build with very short black hair. She wears a long sleeved t-shirt with jeans. She meets her Universe 16 self when Gohan from Universe 18 mistakes Universe 16's Videl for his own wife.
Biography
Multiverse Tournament
As Vegetto engages in a fight with Broly, she joins the audience for protection (the audience is protected by a force field).
She is later seen defeating Majins that Babidi possessed, as they planned to use her as a hostage. She states that they give her bad memories.
Power
Before Videl learned how to use ki, Videl was the second strongest Human in existence that didn't use ki, second only to Chi-Chi. Videl was able to easily overpower the spectators Babidi possessed with no trouble at all.
